Jumbo Golden Pomfret

Wild-caught in the South China Sea and selected at jumbo size: broad, flat, round-bodied fish with shimmering golden scales, frozen straight from the live catch.

Golden pomfret is a favourite centrepiece fish across southern China and Southeast Asia.

Kitchen Notes

Keep frozen at or below -18C. Avoid repeated thawing; cook soon after thawing and refrigerate any leftovers, using them within 24 hours.
